We will uncover what is unique, attractive and engaging about you as an employer, in addition to areas that might need improvement.

  • Map your competitor landscape 

  • Pin-point your strengths and unique selling points 

  • Take stock of the existing data to support your USP’s

  • Identify any gaps and the correct methods to collect missing insights

Part 3

This is where the power of the group really comes into play. Working alongside people from other organisations, you'll be able to get clarity about what is interesting and unique about your organisation.

  • Update your USPs and proof points  

  • Produce messaging framework 

  • Determine tone of voice

Part 4

This is all about activating your EVP. In other words, we'll make sure your colleagues are helping you deliver the proposition and creating experiences that live up to its promises.

​What we will cover: 

  • Build buy-in among managers and culture architects who bring EVP to life every day 

  • Align messaging across internal and external comms 

  • Design touchpoints at key moments to build brand, culture and engagement 

  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of the EVP 

  • Put in place a regular rhythm and method to monitor the EVP's impact and make adjustments as needed
